Price Check on Savage .22

Stopped in the local gunstore I trust, as opposed to the one I don't. They had a .22LR Savage Mark II with synthetic stock and just iron sights for $170. Is this a good price?

Seems like a good price. That's what I got mine for. Just make sure you play around with the bolt prior to purchase. I'm not sure if they're just rough out of the box but I tried 3 of them before I found one with a slick bolt.

Is this the same one they have at Wal-Mart for $117? I know I've looked at a Savage .22lr that's a bolt action with a synthetic stock at Wal-Mart and it's $117. I'm not sure if it's the Mark II or not.

Seems a bit high, by maybe 20 bucks or so, the wallyworld one is proly a
Savage 64, if it is semi auto.

Nope the Wally World one for $117 is a bolt action. It's $117 here although I went to another Wally World and it was slightly more. As was their ammo but only a few dollars more. Nothing crazy like $170.

They had the one in 22 lr for $117 and they had one in a .17hmr that looked the same but was in .17hmr and was closer to $200. I want to think it was like $180 something but I can't remember the exact price.
