3 inch Smith M36, NIB. Whats a fair price?

Hello Norm-

During the last gun show here locally, there were at
least two Smith model 36's that could be had. Both
were NIB, blued models and the price was $295 and
$345 respectively. I guess one dealer was a little bit
more hungry than the other?

By NIB we seem to be refering to gun in like new condition, with pristine box and all accouterments.....
But has been sold to a retail customer ?

I would guess around 300 tops in this area, average.
