Price Check: Win. Mod. 70 Black Shadow 30-06

Just picked up one of these used. Great condition; used but not abused.

Fired 9 rounds through it on Saturday and decided that I need a .223 and I'm going bow hunting this year! haha

Anyway, what's a good price on one of these? With AR prices coming down, I'm thinking of trading it for an AR or a bolt-action in .223 ( less $$$ and less recoil)

I think I bought my Black Shadow at Wal-Mart back in the day for about $300. I have seen them recently for sale in the $375 range. I wouldn't expect more than $250 or so for trade in value.
