Price check Winchester 1894

What are Win. 1894 lever guns in 44 mag and 45 Colt going for in your neighborhood? do they ever come to Big5 Sporting goods?
I'm in the middle east now so it's hard for me to check. when I get leave next summer (God willing and the creek don't rise) I plan to get one, maybe even that fancy case hardened, octagonal barrel number. Are they hard to find on the market?

got my 1893 s in 44 mag from the pawn shop for 200 it still had the sticker telling about the safety but the back sight was missing and I'm in Georgia

The normal price for Win 1894 in California's Big5 is $369. However, it is on sale every other week (alternate with Marlin's) at $299.

I don't think Big5 carries the fancy version.
