I am thinking once pistols come equipped with hi-caps again, dealers will have a hard time selling identical pistols shipped during the ban with 10 rounders and will try to dump them asap by having sales or reducing prices on the 10 rounder equipped pistols.

Or is this just wishful thinking?

Throw one full cap magazine in the box and market it as getting 3 magazines.

Take both 10 rounders out, sell those on the cheap as range mags or sell them to Callifornial or something and put two full caps in the box with the pistol.

I don't exactly think you will see fire sales on pistols, maybe 10 round magazines but not the whole package.

I don't think people will see dirt cheap prices on full cap magazines either. Remember there are single stack magazines that cost $50.00 a pop right now. For me it is not so much about price as much as it is about availability.

Yeah, that's kind of what I figured, too. They will just switch them out with hi-caps and keep the price the same. Oh, well.

Beretta has coupons for full cap mags when guns with ten round mags are sold. Buy the gun and 10-rnd mags now, send in the coupon and get standard cap mags when the ban expires.

Seems a good way to deal with the transition.

Yeah, some states still won't allow for the standard capacity mags on Sept. 14 so I guess some states will still have a demand for them. I would still buy 10 round mags to use at the range, if they're cheap enough.
