Can anyone enlighten me on why I cant seem to find a primer pocket uniformer for large pistol? I have reloaded about 1000 rounds of .44 mag and it appears some of the primer pockets need to be uniformed. Some of the primers that I am seating are being slightly flattened in order to seat them at or below flush of the head. Seems to be more previlant on the Winchester cases.

I see there are uniformers that specify "rifle only", but I cant find one for large pistol. Is there any logical reason for this?

Thanks, Gary

Those at Sinclair are uniformers, not just cleaners. I prefer them as well for prepping accuracy loads. I don't bother to clean my range brass primer pockets at all unless they get so cruddy they interfere with seating and that happens very rarely. :)
