It even runs in the Star Tribune. I think the "star" they are referring to is this one.

I prefer not to read it, aside from the weather, sports, and occasionally the comics.

Yes, Bruce Tinsley is a libertarian. He goes after all side of the political spectrum. I don't believe any newspapers in Mass carry his strip. I don't know why because half the time he is on the liberal side.
