Whitehouse.gov petitions are and always have been entirely useless. The site was created as a campaign ploy. That's it. No petition that has been or ever will be on that website will ever change any politicians opinion on an issue at all.

Online petitions are generally said to be useless altogether.
well I guess with over 7000 post here between both you two guys you have been around, now me on the other hand I'm just looking to keep my 2A rights. For the record just checked and they hit the 25000 mark so if you want to debate what works and what don’t have at it. thanks for your time

We are not criticizing you or your fight to defend our rights. But the fact still remains that online petitions, particularly from WhiteHouse.gov, are only there to make people feel like politicians are listening to what they have to say. Nobody in power actually pays any attention to those petitions.
What facts, your facts? Now go back and look at your post and then revisit the petition link where 57670 people disagree with you. There is an Official White House Response and YouTube video from the president himself so that blows out your theory that "Nobody in power actually pays any attention to those petitions". It only took you 3 minutes to respond to my post but you didn’t contribute anything. Then you come back 30 minutes later with the same rap which proved to be false. My advise to you would be if you don’t like something at least suggest another course of action instead of grandstanding with a meaningless rapid replies. Lastly next time you preach facts know what they are and do a fact check instead posting just for the sake of posting.
