Pro-Gun, Pro 2A Celebrities

Chuck Norris is pretty outspoken on a number of conservative issues including the Second Amendment.

I'd rather they didn't. I'd also rather anti gun celebs not speak their views. Most importantly, i'd rather americans stop caring about the views of celebrities. How does acting or singing for money make a person's views any more valid or important than any other persons? Acting or singing obviously does not equate with a higher intelligence so who cares what they think?

While I agree with you, and I don't personally care, we all know that celebrity endorsements work. otherwise, companies would not sink millions of dollars into paying for such endorsements.
The greater American public DOES care. Look, I hate to sound cold, but the families of the kids who were killed in Newtown are not exactly political or legal scholars either. But just because they had a terrible thing happen to them, everyone is listening to them as though they have the answers due to their personal experience. It's nonsense, but it's how the media works.
Folks like us are already on our side. We need the fence sitters, and that's where a recognizable face/name has serious value.

I for one, am shocked that I haven't heard Charlie Daniels speak up.

As for:
Bruce Willis has been outspoken. So has Kelsey Grammer,Brad Pitt and.Angelina Jolie.

I did catch Bruce Willis's comment. But if the other three have said anything, I haven't heard about it. We need to get better coverage.

No "TED" the bear. Mark Walberg's friend. But seriously, most of them don't want to alienate fans who see their movies and TV shows. Many anti's will not go see a movie if the star is a pro gun person. Remember that incident with Tom Selleck on the Rosie show. Even though she's an idiot, some people take this anti gun rhetoric to a different level, why stir the pot with their press people, and motion picture company's.
Who knows what the suits have in their heads as far as actors who are pro gun.
The hypocrites like Stallone and Arnold are the real morons, they make their money promoting violence and come out against pro gun policy's. I would think they don't want or need the heat generated by siding with us openly. I hope they at least donate to the cause.
Trump and Stern have permits, and Trump has a big mouth about everything, as does Stern, you would think one of them would have said something by now. Maybe Bloomberg asked them to stay out of it, they both need him, more than he needs them, I think they all worry about their image.

"Mega" Dave Mustaine! \m/

In his autobiography he summed up his political beliefs thus:

" It's pretty simple for me, really. I want to be able to carry a gun, listen to whatever music I like, eat, drink, and be merry, and not hurt anyone else. The exception, obviously, being self-defense. ..."

I read somewhere that Brad Pitt bought or built (or something like that) a $250,000+ gun range just for Angie as a wedding present because she likes to shoot so much!
Now THAT's cool.....lol
I guess after all these years of dating, they are finally just going to go ahead and get married soon.

They are probably too busy being successful. Only the ones who need some media attention spout their anti-gun rhetoric.

Probably 95% of Hollywood, writers, directors, actors, producers, studio heads, etc., hate, loath, and despise gun owners and the Second Amendment. That means you, me, and all of us who are not good little far left "progressive ideologues." They're also raving hypocrites in that they'll make dozens of movies and teeeveee shows each year of extreme violence in nature with the bad guys and cops using guns in a manner no sane person would. In doing so they make hundreds of millions of dollars. But that is Hollywood.

Their hypocricy goes far beyond just their hatred for you, me, and the rest of the "unwashed gun owning worker peasants." Many of the mega-rich celebrities have their own personal bodyguards who are well armed, and some anti-guns celebrities even own firearms. Okay for them, of course, but not for you and me.

Because Hollywood is virtually completely controlled by these far left hypocrites, the few pro-Second Amendment entertainment people are extremely reluctant to speak out, because most know it could easily be a death warrant for their careers. There are a few, such as Willis and a couple others, who have "F.U." money, who can't be hurt. But most have to stay in the closet.

That is just the way it is in show business. It is not going to change, either.

I have one of those knives for 40 years, I still cut myself with the darn thing. They were big in the martial arts world back in the 60's and 70's. If you don't practice, it's like everything else. So do these actors get carry permits, or just target. In Beverly hills, it must be almost as bad as NYC.

I agree 100%!! When Justin Beiber comes out with a statement about something the fact that it makes the news is enough to make me throw up.

There are a lot of them, they just don't get much air time on the subject.

The guys (and gals) from Duck Dynasty are probably a safe bet for being pro-2A

Gotta love Dave Mustaine. Still my idol.

Funny how one Mark Walberg is with us but the more famous one is a staunch anti.
