I'm wondering if I should target this area. My LLC name is already rather firearms oriented.
Would you buy hosting from a webhost who:
Never oversold. (ie, in the hosting plans, selling people more BW & HDspace than they are likely to use in the interest of making it look like a great deal, which works fine until the 20% of customers who take advantage of that, do)
Was Pro 2A, Pro RKBA and spent a minimum amount of profit on new guns and ammo.
Occasionally accepted ammo as barter for hosting.
Provided personal and excellent support, along with an extensive library of flash demos to guide you through all the steps of running your own website.
Had 'realistic' prices because of being a reliable provider purchasing ultrareliable bandwidth from reliable upstream datacenters, not a here today, gone tomorrow $2.95 a month "unlimited" hosting provider that is gone the next week. (and suffers constant downtime and slowness) TANSTAAFL, folks.
Accepted credit cards online, checks, cash, and new-in-box D -2.00 Acuvue2 contact lenses as payment.
Gave a hefty discount to members of this forum for their first few months and to forum members only, small 'cheap' beginner hosting deals like you see on all those cloned reseller host pages.
And the best part of all, having a webhost ran by someone who attends the same events and training seminars (I hope) that you do.
Anyone interested? I'm starting up not too long from now.
Be advised I am not Walmart, I am not willing to enter Commodity Hell. In Commodity Hell, everyone looks the same. Your products look the same, your margins look the same, and-- wait a minute, where did those margins go?
We hear they were spotted in Shanghai.
