So I just received a holster for a Sig P238 Micro Compact 380. Same size as the Bodyguard and Mustang. So the holster received is not even close to the dimensions and pictures advertised. OK, these things happen, but the problem comes when I try and contact the company to get it resolved. Apparently, they do not believe in any phone contact, only e-mail, with a FAQ page offering answers to possible scenarios. Some of their wording, borderlines questioning the integrity of their customers. OK whatever, so the issue is, their link to their customer service form keeps linking back to their FAQ page. So there is no way to make any contact with them other than postal mail, which means one is assuming a person will open it and read it 
So does anyone actually have a working e-mail address or phone number? The link has been dead for several days now with my patience now wearing thin. Thanks in advance!
