PS90 Space Gun

Got in my new shroud and cheek riser prototypes yesterday. Not the best pics but fit and function is awesome. Riser gives perfect eye alignment for my red dot and mag clears nicely when removed. Gonna sand and paint up everything for a clean look.

Here are some updated photos of my freshly painted PS90 1" fixed cheek riser and custom barrel shroud/rail setup. The corrected eye level and the added forward grip really add a lot to this rifle.

Looks cool, but if you thought an optic mounted to the AR carry handle was too high above the bore ...

That does look cool, but you are well on your way to an AR-sized platform, which, depending on the circumstances, isn't a bad thing at all for the PS90 (it's kinda cramped already for how long the civvie barrel makes it)

I take it an adjustable LOP buttplate is the next logical progression? Or straight to a 90rnd quad-stack magazine

A shame Shapeways wouldn't deal with this. I'm planning on using them for some future (not firearms-related) business, and I've got plenty of ideas that would work well. I'd love to hear if you find a company that will print them.

Congrats on the designs, though. If I had a PS90, they'd be at the top of my list of things to buy just to make the civilian-legal ones look complete.

Agreed. I never really considered getting a non-SBR PS90 before.

But I would now. Darned fine work right there.

A first look at my PS90 fixed and adjustable cheek risers side by side. The fixed is 1" tall while the other is infinitely adjustable between .5" and 1".
