Many modern gun lubricants, both liquid and greases contain Teflon.
As example, CLP Breakfree and Super-Lube.

Used alone, as in a dry lubricant, it's not so good. This is because dry lubes just don't seem to work well in firearms applications.

3 things conspire against wet lubricants in my current shooting environment :

1. Moisture.

2. Microabrasives. Some not so micro, just very fine. Mainly silica and lime.

3. The combination of 1 +2.

I've not used it but does anyone have experience with Gunzilla? It's reported to be used by our armed services and they "swear by it" according to the ads. It's supposed to be a combination cleaner and lubricant. I'm still looking for someone who can say whether it's as good as it's supposed to be.
