Quality of Millett scopes?

I haven't heard much about these scopes, can anybody tell me if they are any good? The particular scope I'm looking at is a 4-16x50 seen here:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7250632259&category=31714
there's one on ebay for $300, the only things that I don't like about it are the 1/8MOA clicks and the green reticle. I have decided that it will either be this scope or the Super Sniper 10x42 side focus model, any suggestions are appreciated

I have one on a high end pneumatic rifle. It is a variable 6-18 mildot with red light assist reticle. Mine is showing some dust on the inside lens. I wouldn't buy another, its typical of a bottem end scope IMO.
