I have a Ruger Mark III 22/45 and am looking at different dots to put on it. I want to get a Primary Arms fastfire 2 clone http://www.primaryarms.com/Primary_Arms_Micro_Green_Dot_Reflex_Sight_p/pamr.htm.
I want to avoid using a rail and keep it closer to the bore axis. There are a number of dovetail mounts for the fastfire II and it seems like it might workhttp://www.primaryarms.com/Burris_FastFire_1_Piece_Base_for_Ruger_Mark_Pistol_p/bu410329.htm. Has anyone used a FFII mount for a Primary Arms dot?
