Question about mag capacity ban in Cook County, IL.

Guys, a buyer wanted to buy my "hi-cap" mags. Received payment today. Envelope address and ship-to address are from 2 different cities, but both are within Cook County, IL. I understand that Cook has hi-cap mag ban. So, this is a no-no, right? Thanks.
