Question about New Model Blackhawk Cylinder

This is the second post tonight, sorry guys! :eek: I have one more question that I need answered. I'm wandering if it is normal to see wear on the teeth or grooves right in the dead center of the back of the cylinder. It looks like something is slowly cutting away the metal on the corner of every tooth. Is this normal? On my new Blackhawk it hasn't shown any type of wear like this, it's just on the used one that I purchased. :confused:
 
Can you post pics showing the extent?

It's barely possible you have a specimen with a bad heat treat, although that's NOT common in Rugers at all.
