question about para p12

so i'm getting all excited about picking up a para p12 and was wondering if magazines for the p14 will work in it, obviously sticking out farther than the grip.

anyone tried this? should i buy some p12 standard capacity mags now or wait?

I believe they will work fine.

They will work fine, P14 mags work in ALL 45 acp double stack Para's. They do look funny in a P10 though........

My P13 mags do not work in my P10 -- I get too many "ride over feeds" where the gun jams with the round nose up.

Stronger mag springs might help, but since the mags work fine in my P13 I've not bothered.
