In general, what were the consensus feelings toward the Ruger P89 when that pistol was the issued sidearm to WSP ? I know that they are not match grade pistols but overall how well were they liked based on performance ?
In the late 1980's a LE dept. I was involved with issued the Ruger P85 but instead of upgrading to the P89 later we went with the GLOCK 22. Overall, the P85 performed well for us.
