I wanted to ask the owners of the midlength, M-4, and light weight ar15's. What is the weight of your gun unloaded?
Thanks.

I have a mid-length A2 and mine weighs 7.5 pounds. If they made the mid-length with the lightweight barrel, I'd jump on it in a heartbeat.

Thanks, I really wish they made a lightweight midlength too. I really like the midlength but wish it was a little lighter.

I own a midlength from Del Ton as well.

Not a hiccup in 1000 or so rounds of steel cased ammo.

And yes, the only thing i'd change on the gun is the barrel. It's a thick barrel. If they had a skinny barrel I would have been all over it.

I'm having a gunsmith mill my HBAR delton chrome lined 20" barrel down to the SP1 configuration. :D

my midlength balances quite well. Unloaded, I'd say it weighs about seven pounds or so. Not a big deal to me.

i have a del-ton middy as well. a little front heavy but i dont really have much to complain about. its good quality and accurate.

I have a mid-length with an A2 upper. It is a little muzzle heavy when its empty but I think it is pretty well balanced when you stick a loaded magazine in it. I don't know about everybody else but I have never been able to hit anything with an unloaded gun weather it is muzzle heavy or not.
