The most comfy by far has been a Sparks W6. Some will say the VMII, but the reinforced mouth allways rubbed me the wrong way:D The super thin and stiff horsehide, works great, the least bulky holster I own, and reholsering is a non issue.:)

I have a Galco deep cover and find it a bit uncomfortable. I use a lighter, thinner IWB, but I don't have it today and can't recall the name of it. IWB carry in general with the Glock 23 is uncomfortable for me. The more I carry, the more I appreciate my Fobus paddle holster. You just have to dress properly for it.

Milt Sparks VMII, by far the most comfortable...in horsehide of course!

I have one for my XD-45 and for my 1911's, and don't forget the matching belt!

I have a Glock 19, identical except for caliber. Although its design adds thickness and bulk, comfort-wise I am very pleased with the Galco Royal Guard. The stiff horsehide seems to shield the edges and corners of the gun from my body better.

Fist ultra-thin kydex. It's like a second skin. It's a little thinner than normal kydex which means it is not quite as rugged. Still, it's gotten the job done for me.
