Bad News-

May issue CCW permits. The outgoing RI attorney general would definitely not issue to the peasants and nobody seems to know what the story is with the new one.

You could possibly get a resident permit form the town's chief of police but that’s not too likely. If you’re planning on living in Providence(not recommended) don't bother asking.
