Question--What sizer should I purchase for .41 mag

Any .41 Mag sizer. Expanding the case is more critical for bullet seating.

RCBS makes fancy looking "Cowboy" dies which have a bit bigger sizer etc, designed for the cast bullet shooter, but they are more expensive.

For years folks have loaded cast bullets with regular old die sets from the various makers.

When you expand the case use the belling capability of the expander die to make sure the cast bullet will start in the case without lead shaving when seating.

You can size them either .410" or .411", depending on your barrel and the throats of your chambers. It will also depend on the size the bullets are when they drop from the mold.

If you can, slug the barrel before you buy the sizing die, and then get one .001" over bore size.

Hope this helps.

my go to sizer for the 41s is 410 but a few of my guns prefer a 411. Good thing is most 41s are cut proper and a 410 works fine in about all of them.
