I did call RCBS and they tried to explain the process over the phone. There were so many steps and at least six different areas of adjustment that I got lost. The guy I talked to seemed to feeling his way thru the process himself.
I was told that I had to write down the first line of code I saw and save it in case I needed to return the unit back to the factory setting.
The RCBS guy told me that RCBS wouldn't send written instructions and discouraged customers from making adjustments.
