I am considering becoming an Instructor now that KS has passed CCW. For those of you that teach CCW or other firearms related training I was wondering what you did, if anything, to minimize your personal liability. Did you form a corporation? An LLC? Do you carry additional liability insurance for that reason? If so who is willing to underwrite these things and is it even reasonable? TIA

I am not an instructor but can convey something my instructor told my class, and at the same time provide a bump.
He said that he gets his insurance via the NRA, and that to do it any other way was cost prohibitive.
