If you are from Western Washington check out Dave Neilson of South Ridge Arms , located in Edgewood. He is a 1911 Guru and a good guy also.I have 1 Willson that feeds really well. Need to find more

i’ve only blown up 4 guns in my life! so, I’m not scared
So Win231 is better?Clearly HP 38 and Win 231 are not the same powders. They have different names, come in different color containers and Win 231 is more expensive so it must be better.
They have been the same exact powder for a LONG TIME. Made in Florida by Saint Marks. I have interchanged them many times.

I’m just trying a bunch of compact mags and if they don’t work, return it7rd 1911 magazines will not fit in full size (8rd) 1911's. The 8rd mags will work in compact 1911's but will stick out a bit.

I have a Colt Defender and the came with 2 mags. WC and Colt mag, Colt mag sucks! WC mag works smoothlyJust get a compact 1911!
I’ll go .3 gain under 5.1, work the chron to the speed I like.Just do what I did. I wrote Hodgdon and asked them and they said they are exactly the same and come from the same barrel and package it both in different labels bottles. They said they have ALWAYS been the same. I also wrote St. Marks powder and they told me the same thing.
Like said above, the slight differences in data is caused by lot to lot differences.
