Did the shooting happen in a "Gun Free Zone"?

I've heard it both ways, and was just wondering the truth. It reportedly was at a shopping center, which by GA codes is legal for carry. But I didn't know if AZ was different. (I wouldn't think so, but you never know.)

Seeing as how it was in a public parking lot and AZ is a Constitutional Carry state, I'd guess that the answer is "NO", but I could be wrong.
