He's lucky he does not live in California with a mouth like that!! GEEZE! That guy would learn to shut up if he lived here.
 
Buck, I'm assuming you mean that the 70-year-old was revealing way too much that might be used against him in court?

I'm assuming Billy the shooter consulted with a lawyer to say the right things, but I was squirming a lot over his constant apologies to the parents of the dirtbags and to anyone else who wanted an apology. Lesson? He was a little weak on this response. I'd have preferred something like "Yah, if you perpetrate violent felonies, you might get shot, CCW is a lifesaver, God bless the 2nd Amendment," and so forth.
 
Buck, I have absolutely no idea what goes on in California, but if this guy would not be able to speak of his ordeal just as he does in this video, then California needs more of his type in their state to run the show. I live in Ohio, a fairly populous and fast paced state, and I have no problem with his attitude or what he is saying in the video. Can you explain where you feel he is out of line?

California is like the #1 state for frivolous lawsuits, and the BG relatives could make his life miserable by filling a wrongful death lawsuit.
 
O.K. Anyone can sue anyone, even here in conservative Ohio. I would think that the victim could then sue his antagonists AND their families (for spawning such dregs), and maybe even win BIGGER than the nuisance suits....
