R&M Precision LLC. Little Rock, AR

I live in LR and I have never heard of them. I don't see a street address on their web page. Do they have a storefront?
 
That address looks like a residential neighborhood to me. Maybe an ambitious "kitchen table" FFL with a fancy web site?
 
I drove by that address today. It is indeed a lovely brick home in a neighborhood dating from the early 1950s.
 
It is a webonly dealer, i have bought 3 guns from them and a backpack. Talked with the owner via email a few times, apparently he stocks at a warehouse and dropships the rest. I have always had good service with them. they dont answer the phone much but always have replied in minutes to my emails. Im little rock too saxon what part u from?
 
Hey I ordered a DD last Friday night and still haven't herd back from them. I have sent 3 e-mails and even called them last night. Whoever answered (i think it was the owner) said I am away from the office right now but if you shoot us an email then we will reply within the hour. I gladly said ok and hung up, and sent them another email. I sent it last night around 5 mst and it is now 1330 mst the next day and still no reply about the status or verification of my order. Any of you guys know what could be up?
 
From the web site I thought this was a real company which would have customer service, however this one will not call back, reply to an email or let me know if my order has been sent. If this is a small business great, I'm hoping all is well for the person. But I'm really hoping I'm not be scammed. Its been 5 days since my order, the only update I have is "Pending" and the money taken out of my bank. Does anyone know what is up with this R & M Precision.
 
Mudd what did you order? I ordered a dd m4 a few weeks ago and it took them 2 weeks to cancel my order then I called my bank to get my money back and ordered elsewhere. Call your bank and get your money back asap. Don't know what is going on with them
 
I ordered a Scope and rings because they had the best price of anyone.
I sent my 3rd email today, if it doesnt show up tommorow I was going to do just that.

Eight days it has been since i placed an order with R & M Precision, and no conformation other than they took my money, 6 phone calls 4 email and NO Contact. I called my bank and had to cancel my card and dispute the charge. I wish I new what was up with this company but time is up... I tried. On a side note I placed the same order today with Midway and got a comformation with in 6 HOURS that my order is already being shipped.
Buyer Beware if you find a new web sight with good deals check it out before you confirm your order.
 
Update on my order from R & M Precision, now NOVEMBER 14, 2011!!! Still PENDING:cuss: And still no contact and Still trying to get my money back. Way to go R & M.
 
November 28, 2011 - Still no word on my pending order, but they have changed the Specials on the home page. I guess they are still alive.
 
UPDATE: My order from R & M PRECISION 1-14-2012 My order is still PENDING, No Items received, No Money Returned, AND STILL NO CONTACT.
 
R & M Precision

:scrutiny:I told the bank back in October and sent them the INFO on this B.S. company. They are not the fastest either but they do Return my Calls.
