Purely by accident I bought a bulk pack of 124gr 9MM RN bullets from Rainier. I knew nothing at all about the "lead free" design of these bulllets and loaded 6.2 gr of Accurate #5 as if these were 124gr FMJ. I went to the companies web site to get load data and they had none to offer other than to treat their bullets as though they were the same weight in lead. Please help me out here guys.... do I need to pull 500 heads or is this load safe?

Here is Ranier load data, but they don't list AA #5.

Reading between the lines of the data they do list?
Your load sounds a little stiff!

In fact, according to my Lyman #49, it's a little stiff for 125 jacketed bullets.

Accurate data also says AA #5 = 5.9 MAX with Ranier, and 5.9 MAX with Speer Gold-Dot.

For future referance, you probably shouldn't load 500 rounds of a new bullet with Max load+ data in the first place.

As for safe?
It's over max by 0.3 grains from two different sources.
That's a lot when you are talking about a small capacity high-pressure caliber like 9mm.

I found that I had to load them to jacketed load data to get comparable velocity. Be sure not to crimp them very much if any.

The Accurate load data available from their site shows load data for these bullets and AA#5. For the Rainier 124RN bullets, their published range is 5.6 grains at 986 fps and 6.4 grains at 1118 fps/34451 max psi. The indicated COL tested is 1.160". See page 5 here: http://www.accuratepowder.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/accurate_load_data_3.5.pdf

Your 6.2 grain load is within published data from Accurate for this powder, but you may want to make sure your COL isn't shorter than published. If it's shorter than 1.14, I'd suggest giving them a tap in your inertial bullet puller to lengthen them to 1.14" min. That's purely my opinion, nothing more.

Also, make sure the 1.16 will work in your barrel/chamber and mags, as it is getting close to SAMMI max length.
