Midway back in the 90's came out with 4 different LoadMaps. 45ACP, 9MM, 44 Magnum and .357 Magnum. The 45ACP LoadMap was printed in 1997. They quit making them after these 4 manuals. The 45 LoadMap tested 46 different jacketed, swaged and cast bullets with 18 different propellants using all RP cases and RP 2 1/2 primers. Only complaint is they tested a lot of the bullets at the maximum overall length at 1.275". A good source for comparing data though.
You mention Rainier but they do not specifically list Rainier bullets in the LoadMap but they do list "Midway" bullets. Could they actually be Rainier bullets? I don't know. The "Midway" 230gr. Round Nose bullet is plated. They tested it at 1.275" oal and used AA#5 and #7, Bullseye, Unique, HP38, HS6 and HS7, Universal, IMR 700X, and Win 231 powder.
Like I said, the LoadMap series started in the late 90's and after 4 books they stopped printing them. Sometimes you can find one for sale at auction sites?
