Anyone using this powder or that may have some reasonable experience with this powder? It's on sale at midway and I wouldn't mind picking up a few pounds for my 6.5 swede but only if it is worth it of course. Specifically I want info on the "all important" temp sensitivity. It will be used for hunting and things I am hearing about rl22 (the powder I am using now) is putting me on edge. Thanks in advance.

I was looking at it too, actually thinking about starting a thread just like yours. I did a search and it looks like a great powder, several comments about temperature sensitivity (or lack thereof) being a good feature of this powder.

Too bad it wasn't a little faster burning; what I really need is something to load 30-06 for an M1. I think it looks to be a bit slow for that.

Ten bucks a pound is a great price, looks like it should be pretty versatile in a number of calibers.

I just looked at my Midway flyer. $20 haz-mat fee, extra $10 shipping fee (?), plus regular shipping. Looks like minimum $40 shipping or more. I don't think I'll be buying any, as I can't afford the quantity it would take to make it worth the shipping. Oh well.

I know its expensive thats why you need to order alot....maybe someone will go in with me locally.

I've ordered powder on several of there specials. Yes, it is a $20 HazMat and then $10 fixed shipping. But they do not charge any additional shipping. So it's $30 total for shipping if you get 1 bottle or 3 cases does not matter. Buy a bunch and it makes it worth it.
