...finally!!!!! I've been waiting for almost 2 months to get out and shoot my Finnish Mosin, I got my chance today. First things first though. Here is my best friend that I, ah, "procured" another Finnish Mosin as an x-mas gift for. A woman of few words...

My Mosin does my talking!
Dang, I need to figure out how to down-size my pictures, because I've got alot more to post. :scrutiny:

(edited 1-22) thanks for the help, I knocked the picture's size down "a little bit".

Nice. You know, a wet rag and an iron will take out a lot of the dents in the stock. Obviously it won't fix the holes, but it may be worth the effort.

I had a Mosin for a while but I never really liked it. Traded it for something else I think. They do have a pretty significant fan base though.

easiest way to downsize, open in mspaint, go to the IMAGE menu, then click Stretch/Skew.. first two boxes, type a percentage lower than 100, make sure you put the same percentage in both boxes, so its to scale..

so if you want it half size, just type 50 in the first two boxes.. then save it again.. very simple

thats how I do it.

of course for the above pic, I used 22% since it was 2848x2136. ;)
