Only got to fire off about 20 rounds at 50 Meters with Winchester Model 70...
It is mounted with a 3-9x50 Busnell 3200.

Took about 10 rounds to really zero in the scope... it is still shooting about 2 inches too high. But Wow... got a 1/2 inch group with 5 shots. Fired off the other 5 at random things... Am very happy with the gun.
Now need to wait for the ammo to show up.. and need to go light on this gun until then. Only have 200 rounds until my order shows up.

Also need to learn to reload... :)

Also mounted a Braska 4-12x50 on my Cz 452. The Collimeter did not fit the barrell so was trying to sight it in without one... without any success. Embarassingly couldnt even hit the target at 50 Meters... and this is a large 36x36 target.... any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can remove the bolt and sight down the barrel and then carefully without moving the rifle raise your head to peer through your scope, take notice of what the difference is in where the two are pointed and adjust your scope accordingly till both the bore and scope are pointed at the bullseye. This will get you pretty close usually.

At what distance?
10 feet of 50 yards?

Much appreciated..

I had a Rem 700 in 222Mag (my brother talked me out of it  )
I used 22.2 grains of IMR 4198 with a 55grn Hornady V-max. It was very accurate and consistant. Good luck with yours!

I currently am using SAKO manufactured ammo. And saving the cases...

Do you need to wash the cases soon after firing... or can I let them be until the reloading equipment catches up with me in about 3-4 months?

Let them sit they will be fine. You'll want to get a tumbler to clean the brass before reloading. Check out the reloading section for a quick tutorial.
