Range results this time red dot working

The Nosler recipe is a 40 grain bullet with a 25 grain charge of IMR 8028 XBR. The Hornady is a 50 grain with a 27.1 grain charge

I think I'm going to make a bunch of these

Also shot my sons 1911 for the first time and drew a smile on the target with a 230 grain bullet and less recoil than my 40 Smith. It was a great day

Kind of makes it all worth while don't it. FWIW I carry spare batteries for the red dot in my range bag now.

red dot is a powder; I thought you were referring to the smokeless powder.
