I dont' see that this has been posted, so I figured I'd do it. It happened December 3rd, so if this is a repeat, sorry.

My wife called me this morning because the local news was reporting that a Kansas hunter shot an antlered doe. Rare, but they're out there. She has a crazy rack (did I just type that?) with 27 points!

HERE'S THE STORY

Check it out! A possible world record rack for a whitetail doe!! 179 inches!!

I have just two things to say...

1. Let's see the girl parts

2. Wonder if she was bred every season. That would've raised a few eye brows:scrutiny:

I saw one other in a sporting magazine, but it was only 10-12 points.

Proof that does get horny too.

I also remember reading THIS ARTICLE in Field Notes a couple years ago. These are the only two examples of antlered females that I've ever heard of, but like I said, they are out there.

After you've wall mounted it, nobody would believe you when you claimed it was a doe.:scrutiny:

ive seen a couple in different outdoor mags but they were small racks

a buddy of mine shot a 20pt doe (but sadly a small rack in all). mounted it along witha picture of the whole body, where you could see the genitals. i was in a diffrent stand at the same prop. so i can vouch for him.
