I am seeking information on this rifle.
This pre-dates the Olympic, Sport and Super Sport rifles.
Any idea how many were made and approx. value?
    Thanks, David.

Additional information on the rifle and a link to some poor quality photos...

    Serial Number 11xx
Left side of receiver marked "11xx .22cal LR", No model designation.
    Barrel proofmarked "1947"
    Stock is rough but serviceable.
    It has 1, 5-shot mag.
The butt plate (plastic) is marked "P. BERETTTA ARMI BRESCIA" in a circular design.
The receiver is marked " P. BERETTA - GARDONE. V. T. - BRESCIA" on the top.
The left side of the receiver is marked "11XX. CAL. 22. L.R." with the PSF proof
under a crown and a small stamp which looks like a coat of arms proof.
The barrel is marked " 1947 " with the PSF Proof mark under a crown and a small
stamp which looks like a coat of arms proof.
