RCBS Buy Green Get Green rebate

I recently ordered an RCBS mold, handle, and top punch for my .41 magnum. I went with RCBS because with this purchase I got a $50 rebate. Well, the molds were backordered and did not ship until after the rebate expired. But wait, there's more! I checked their website and they said that they were extending it for backordered items, just submit the rebate when you received the product. When I got my molds, I sent in the rebate form and all the stuff that had to be submitted. Today I get a card saying since I had submitted the form after the deadline I was ineligible. I know it may only be $50,, but that torques me. I have used RCBS for years and never had a bad experience, but this is bad form. Does anyone have a phone number that I can call at RCBS? Quite frankly, I would have bought another set of molds if it were not for the rebate, and then, through no fault of my own, I don't get it. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Bet if you called them and explained, they'll fix the issue. I've never had them not take care of me.

I contacted them and they are making it right! That makes me happy. I am still a little confused as to why they did not do it the first time, but all is well that ends well.

I’ve dealt with RCBS on two occasions where I tore up reloading dies because of my own stupidity and they sent me the parts to repair my reloading dies free of charge and shipped them really quickly. I knew after your initial post they’d fix you up to your satisfaction.

Most likely they didn't have the whole story right in their minds at first. Sometimes it takes a phone call to help them understand. They are extreme when it comes to being good to their customers....that's why I'm loyal....46 years loyal.

RCBS has excellent CS. I bought a Uniflow and some other RCBS trinkets to add up to $100 and got my $50 rebate last week. Heck of a deal!
