I recently got a new RCBS Pro 2000 reloading kit. There were a handful of small parts that got left out in packaging. A quick call to rcbs got them sent out right away.

I used Isopropyl alcohol (which must have alot of water in it) to degrease the powder measure. I must have not dried it all out and the micrometer assembly and cylinder rusted. Another quick call got it replaced free of charge even though I screwed it up.

They will continue to get my business.

My experience excatly. I used brak parts cleaner on the powder measure hopper and the plastic melted. I called RCBS and a replacement was on it's way the same day. The instructions for set-up of the pro2000 were terrible though.
