RCBS/PACT powder dispenser

I own the RCBS Powdermaster Electronic Powder Dispenser, and it is made and equivalent to the PACT dispenser. I have heard that PACT has a retrofit to it to increase speed of delivery. I called PACT and they indicated that it would cost $75. Has anyone had this done to their dispenser? Has it turned out to be worth the money? Did you increase speed?

Best thing since sliced bread. The only thing that could make it better would be increased speed of dropping the correct weight. Everything I've read says it will cut powder drop time at least in half on rifle cartridges and the larger the load the more time savings you get. However you have gotten further than I in checking it out. I had hoped for a more reasonable price on the retrofit since the unit itself was a bit pricey but should have known better. Good luck would be interested in your report if you have it done.

I bought the Pact dispenser a few months ago and got one of the "version 2" models. I don't have any experience with the first version, but I do like the 2nd one. The speed seems very reasonable.
