A friend called me over to examine a problem he was having with his new RCBS handprimer. Turned out he just needed to borrow my RCBS #3 shellholder to prime some 30-06 cases.
I tried to put my 1970s shellholder in his new handprimer but it would not fit. Now that's a RCBS shellholder and a RCBS handprimer. What gives? It appeared the counter sink was not deep enough.
So I called RCBS this pm to explain my problem. I was quickly told I needed the new improved #3 shellholder as they have been upgraded. He took my name and address and told me a new shellholder was on the way at no charge.
Now that's service! Keep up the good work RCBS!
