    I was reading a thread about balance scales and digital I found it interesting that most seemed to lean toward the balance beam type. My old balance type was several years old and would not give me the same answer twice, so I replaced it with a RCBS Load Master Combo, about two years ago. I really like the auto feature on it, just call up the load and when I set the pan on the platen it dispenses the right amount of powder and is usually done before I am ready to move to the next case. About a month ago I was adding in another load data and when the number five was pushed it read 6, 8 read 9 etc. I contacted RCBS and they told me to send it to them which I did. I was expecting to hear from them that it would cost X amount to repair it. When two weeks later I got a brand new in the box Load Master no charge, I cant say enough how much that impressed me with the RCBS company. You just dont see that kind of service anymore.

    RCBS makes great products and stands behind them. My Rock Chucker press ram got worn after many years of hard use. It was returned to RCBS for repair, they sent me a brand new one, no charge.

    I believe RCBS has a 2 year full warranty on electonic tools. Sounds like you just made it!

    I have had such good service from RCBS that I have replaced almost everything else that I own with RCBS products. If I get bad service or a bad product I am quick to let a company know. Likewise, I like to let others know about exceptional service or products.
