It's black fly season in NH.

Now, I already know that it was worse in the past, not to mention in Maine right now, 'course, they don't get a full dose of the ma**holes, but there has to be a way around the whole mess.

After all, we got through mud season, usually on auto four wheel.

As it turns out, by practical experimentation, I've found that the bugs flee from small amounts of burning Bullseye.

This gunsmoke appears to be best distributed by placing the Bullseye under a 180 cast lead fired from my .40 USPc, but, if anyone's interested, I could (easily) be convinced to investigate the efficiency of the .45ACP and .38 Special.

I do note that 748, out of a 20" AR doesn't seem to cut it: perhaps they fly behind the fast moving gas, or the smaller caliber just doesn't cream enough of them on the way down range.

So, skip the stupid candles, and, about every 10 minutes or so, unload the CCW at your next deck party!

One caution, though: shooting the lib in favor of the AWB extension isn't considered acceptable, at least in these parts.
