Blade shape looks like a collection of bad ideas, looks too heavy, etc

I have zero interest in a tanto. Every knife I look at prompts the question, “how quickly can I sharpen this thing?”. In addition, I like a tip that sits lower like a sheepsfoot, Wharncliffe, leaf shape, etc. Those blade shapes excel for my most common uses, and a tanto is the exact opposite!
