Put them in the oven, if they are in plastic or paper you have to keep the temp down below 200 for at least 2 hours. If they are in cannisters you can bump the temp up and to 300 drop the time.
Low temperature for longer times seems to work better (I put them in the warming shelf, about 200 degrees, for about six hours). All of the instructions I've seen for various products also specify wrapping them in plastic until they cool down, or they'll just suck the moisture out of the room and be mostly saturated before you ever get them back where they belong.
