best one out there for general use. In have researched that the metal grade and quality is the issue here.
I get casing jams every 5 rounds and under a microscope the extractor is worn badly
thanks

extractor

Evolution Gun Works makes good stuff. Ed Brown, Dave Berryhill are a couple others I use. Ck Brownells.

Just put a Brown Hardcore in my Springfield. It had developed a problem jamming the last empty back into the top of the magazine, taking the gun out of commission. The new Brown extractor tested the first 28 rounds flawlessly. Can't wait to make sure it will run 100% with the next 200-300 rounds.

i use the wilson bulletproof one's.

i ordered a ed brown hardcore extractor, and it has a better finish and beveling than wilson's, but fit too loose my any of my 1911's. sent it back to brownells.
