Recommendation on quality 1911 bbl for new build

I've been sitting on a Caspian Gov't frame and slide for some time now and with tax money this year I'm planning on building it up. While I have a good idea on the parts I want I'm still unsure as to what 5" 1911 bbl and link to go with to match up with this build. For those that have gone this route before, what bbl would you recommend or have good luck using? I would consider the bbl in the top 3 parts that need to be quality, so what do you think?

Bar-Sto or Kart are the top commonly available 1911 barrels

'Smith built me one on Essex frame/slide with a Kart barrel. Very pleased with the outcome.

I would look at a Bar-Sto, Nowlin, Clark, or Kart barrel if I was doing a custom build of my own. Years ago I had a Colt National Match barrel assembly that was well made and very accurate.

I went Nowlin on my 45. Not only is it accurate, it cleans with one patch, never any fouling.

My Springfield is setup with a Kart ... have no complaints whatsoever.
