I'm looking for someone who knows first-hand of a good NFA dealer in Madison, WI to buy suppressors from, or have shipped to for transfer.
I called one earlier this week, only to be told AAC and Surefire are substandard products - the two brands I was interested in and had researched and whose products were in use while I was in the military.
I'm not one to go through this hassle without research, so I'm very sure I know what I want. What I won't deal with is high-pressure sales tactics. I'm looking to buy three cans total at this time (22lr, 556, 762), so I realize this guy wanted to make money, but even though he had some in stock, he was steering me toward the company of which he must be the ultimate fanboy or he's getting phenomenal pricing/markup.
So, does anyone know of a laid-back NFA dealer in Madison who is helpful but not pushy?
