red dot for srh 454 casull

I would love to try a red dot type scope on my ruger using the factory suplied rings ( 1 inch) does anyone make a scope that can take the recoil of the 454 casull ?

UltraDot from www.larrysguns.com will handle the .454, and in the very unlikely event a problem does pop up, they have a lifetime warranty. They offer both 1" and 30mm versions.

Millett red dots are reputed to stand up to some heavy recoil, including the .454 SRH.

Well the Red dot is on hold for little while ! I just ordered a ghost ring from "one ragged hole" if this helps me get on target i might forego the scope alltogether !
