I haven't seen a red ramp for the Model 60. HIVIZ does make on overmolded litepipe sight that is available in red. I put a green one on my 60; while not perfect it helps. You can see it at the bottom of this page.

I got one on a Model 66 I'd gladly give you if I could get it off!
The darn thing is almost unusable in direct sunlight because you simply cannot get a clear front sight picture, between it and the SS sight glaring so badly.

The Model 60 was originally made with the front sight integral with the barrel, so changing the front sight is impossible without changing the barrel. Alternatives are to simply paint over the red, or to drive out the dovetailed red insert and make a new one from the appropriate steel, or from plastic of whatever color you prefer. If the sight is pinned in, you can obtain alternate ones from S&W, and I suggest sending the gun to them for the work, or from Brownells.
